Juan Rüsch

Juan Rüsch is a Product Growth Specialist at Tonsser. Prior to their current position, they were a Business Developer at Above Borders, where they developed the company’s growth playbook for expansion into Sweden, Finland, and Germany. Juan has also performed market, competitor, and consumer research to adjust the product positioning. Juan has also identified and outreached potential B2B partners. In addition, Juan has defined and monitored growth metrics across markets.

Juan Rüsch's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lund University. Juan then pursued a degree in International Business from Universidad de Montevideo. Rüsch later became an exchange student at Copenhagen Business School, where they studied finance. Juan also spent time as an exchange student at Illinois Eastern Community Colleges-Lincoln Trail College. Rüsch holds a Secondary Education degree in Physics and Mathematics from St. Joseph Mary College. Juan is also a certified PHP Programmer from Universidad ORT Uruguay. In addition, Rüsch has received certification from Universitario Crandon as an Experiential Workshop Facilitator and from the University of Cambridge as a CPE.
