Sunil Patil

Sunil Patil has a diverse work experience in the FMCG industry. Sunil is currently the Vice President Technical- FMCG Business at RPSG (FMCG) - Guiltfree Industries Limited since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of RQT (Research, Quality & Technology) at Kellogg Tolaram Nigeria Limited from November 2018 to January 2023. Sunil has also held positions at Britannia Industries Limited as a Sr R&D Manager - Disruptive Innovations and Manager R&D - Value Innovations, Productivity, Systems & Standards from July 2014 to December 2018. Additionally, Sunil Patil was the DGM R&D at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd from November 2011 to 2014, Category Manager - FMCG Foods at Watanmal Group from 2010 to November 2011, and Manager NPD - Private Brands at FUTURE CONSUMER LIMITED from 2009 to 2010. Sunil has also worked as an R&D Manager - Foods FMCG at Watanmal Group from 2005 to 2008, a Research Associate (R&D) at Cavinkare from 2003 to 2005, and an Assistant Manager - Merchandising at Food World Supermarket Inc from 2002 to 2003. Overall, Sunil Patil has gained extensive experience in research, development, and management roles in the FMCG industry.

Sunil Patil holds a Masters degree in Food Technology from the Central Food Technological Research Institute in Mysore, which was completed in 2002. Sunil also completed their schooling in Science at CBSE in 1996. Additionally, Sunil has obtained several certifications and completed courses including Leading with Next-Generation KPIs, Strategic Thinking, Think Like a Lawyer to Make Decisions and Solve Problems, and Transitioning from Manager to Leader, among others. These certifications were obtained from various institutions, including LinkedIn, Ken Blanchard, and the International Institute for Learning, with completion dates ranging from 2003 to 2021.
