Anna Odak

Anna Odak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna began their career in 2014 as an Au Pair in Germany, providing childcare services. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Top Enterprise Solutions, where they focused on connecting organizations to corporate solutions. From 2017 to 2019, Anna worked as an IT Recruiter at Competera and BETLAB, respectively. Anna then took on the role of Senior IT Recruiter at Jooble from 2019 to 2020. Anna worked as a freelance Senior Technical Recruiter from 2020 to 2021 before joining YouScan as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2022, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Roosh. Anna's most recent experiences include working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Toogeza since 2023 and as the COO and Co-founder of Ukrainian IT Cluster since March 2023.

Anna Odak completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine from 2007 to 2011. Anna then pursued their Master of Science degree in Sociology from the same institution, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
