Mukta is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a People Office Champion at Tookitaki since November 2021, overseeing the entire recruitment process and implementing high standards in recruitment strategy. Prior to this, Mukta worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. from February 2019 to October 2021, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process and ensuring a superior candidate experience across various hiring channels. Mukta holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and completed 12th grade with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2011.
