Tom Jones has extensive work experience in marketing and sales. Tom is currently working as the Head of Marketing at Toolbank since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Marketing Manager at Toolbank from September 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Toolbank, Tom worked as a Field Marketing Manager at Moove Pro-Brands from January 2019 to September 2021. Tom also served as the UK Distributor Marketing Manager at MOOVE Europe from January 2016 to September 2021. Tom has experience in sales as well, having worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Cosan Lubrificantes from January 2014 to December 2015, and as a UK Sales Projects Lead from February 2013 to December 2013. Tom began their career as a Product Marketing Executive at COMMA OIL & CHEMICALS LIMITED from October 2007 to June 2010, and later worked as a Marketing Programmes Executive from June 2010 to December 2011.

Tom Jones began their education at Churston Ferrers Grammar School, where they completed their GCSEs from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they attended the same school for their A levels from 2001 to 2003. Tom then pursued higher education at the University of Reading from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management.

In 2017, Tom attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, where they completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, equivalent to a Level 6 qualification or a Bachelor's Degree. Their specialization in this field reflects their interest in digital marketing.

Additionally, Tom has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google, demonstrating their expertise in analytics. Tom also completed a course on Agile Project Management and SCRUM from OpenClassrooms, expanding their understanding of project management methodologies. Furthermore, Tom completed a course called "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" offered by Google Digital Garage in April 2020.
