Thomas Hoffman, PhD, is an experienced Learning and Development Analyst at Tooling U-SME, where responsibilities include providing instructional design support and developing training programs for manufacturing companies. With previous roles as a Visual Media Developer/Instructional Design Consultant at Lake Erie Digital and Assistant Professor of Digital Media Technology at Terra State Community College, Thomas has extensive expertise in digital media instruction and visualization. Earlier career experiences include positions as a CAD Draftsman at Didion's Mechanical and Waterpark Manager at Great Wolf Lodge, where Thomas contributed to industry standards in aquatics management.
