Nechal Maggon

Nechal Maggon's work experience includes a role as a Product Designer at ToolJet starting in March 2023. Prior to that, Nechal worked as an Architect at HCP Design, Planning & Management Pvt. Ltd. from May 2022 to March 2023, where they served as Project Lead for the Advisory to the Government of Bhutan for Riverfront and Township Development of Phuentsholing and Project Package Lead for the External Development of Common Central Secretariat Building-10, in the Redevelopment of Central Vista, New Delhi. Nechal also worked as a Product Designer at Volume from December 2022 to February 2023. In addition, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at CEPT University from January 2022 to May 2022, assisting Prof. Sachin Soni in the course History 2: Tectonics and guiding students through research-based assignments. Nechal had a role as a Designer at Design United in June 2021, where they wrote research-based articles on designers in South Asia, curated content for the website and Instagram page, and moderated the Design Conversation segment. They also worked as a Writer and Editor at Rethinking The Future from February 2021 to June 2021, writing articles on various architecture topics. Prior to that, Nechal worked as an Architect at Studio Interweave from January 2021 to June 2021, responsible for the initial designing and detailing phase of a 1800 sq. ft. air bnb bamboo project in Samdong.

Nechal Maggon began their education journey in 2017 at CEPT University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree with a focus on Architecture. Nechal spent five years at CEPT University, completing their studies in 2022. In the following year, 2023, Nechal Maggon enrolled in a program offered by Coursera to obtain a Google UX Professional Certification in User experience.
