Fei Shen

Fei Shen has worked as a Mechanical Software Engineer - Machining Optimization at Toolpath since 2021. Prior to that, they were a 3D Scan Data Post-processing Intern at Siemens from 2018-2021, a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Precision Metrology, UNCC from 2016-2018, a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2016-2018, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Institute of Metrology, China from 2013-2016.

Fei Shen began their educational journey in 2008 when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Measuring Testing Technologies and Instruments from Hefei University of Technology. Fei then went on to receive a Master's degree in Instrument Science and Technology from the National Institute of Metrology, China in 2015. Currently, Fei Shen is working towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
