Jay Scheinman

Jay Scheinman is an experienced professional in government relations and public policy, currently serving as Senior Manager for U.S. State & Local Government at Tools for Humanity since September 2025. Previously, Jay held positions such as Government Relations Manager at EarnIn and Global Municipal Affairs Lead at Block, as well as Government Relations and Public Policy Specialist at Square. Jay's background includes serving as Mayor's Liaison to the Board of Aldermen in the City of St. Louis and experience in campaign management for local political candidates. Jay is a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs and has a BA in Political Science from Southwestern University, complemented by coursework at George Mason University focused on U.S. Foreign Policy and the Economics of Nonprofits.
