Rick Grochowske

Rick Grochowske, CPA, is the Director of Finance at Tools, Inc. With over 10 years of experience in public accounting, they have performed audit, accounting, and tax work for employee benefit plans, nonprofit organizations, and closely held businesses. Previously, Rick held roles as Senior Accountant at Reilly, Penner & Benton, LLP, Supervisor at Winter, Kloman, Moter & Repp, S.C., and Accounting Manager at Larpen Metallurgical Svc. They also worked as Manager at Tushaus & Associates, LLC, before assuming their current position in 2021. Rick earned a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2008.
