Florentia Pappa

Florentia Pappa has extensive experience in supply chain management and delivery excellence, currently serving as the Head of Delivery Excellence at ToolsGroup since June 2012. Florentia has progressed through various leadership roles at ToolsGroup, including EU Head of Delivery and Head of Professional Services, as well as serving as a Principal Consultant and Senior Supply Chain Consultant. Prior to this, Florentia was the Quality Assurance & HACCP Manager at Marinos Korakis from November 2009 to May 2012, and earlier held multiple positions at Colgate Palmolive from April 2000 to October 2009, including Plant Controller, EU Oral Care Inventory Analyst, and Distribution Center Planner.
