Previously, John held the Senior Scrum Master position at Mi9 Retail and held various management roles at Motorola, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities included transitioning marketing IT to Agile methodologies and overseeing global technology projects. With a strong foundation in managing marketing IT processes and a focus on customer-centric product development, John also brings experience from director-level positions in production and project management with organizations like Bleu22 Studios and US Interactive. John holds a Master of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Television, and Theater, graduating summa cum laude from UCLA.
