Jon Purdy

As the Chief Financial Officer, Jon is responsible for financial operations and risk management for ToolsGroup. His focus will be on collaborating across the organization to develop strategic business direction, building scalable systems, processes and financial controls to support operations, growth and increased shareholder value. Jon has over 25 years of corporate finance, operations and executive management experience in the technology industry. He has experience in both large and small firms and has worked with well-known global technology firms including Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Fiserv. He has successfully helped organizations develop growth and margin improvement strategies across a wide range of product and service offerings to include software as a service, hosting, managed services and hardware.
