Stefano Novati specializes in professional services, customer experience, and supply chain optimization. With an extensive background in leading teams and managing projects, Stefano has held various key roles at ToolsGroup and L'Oréal. Novati is currently the Global Head of Professional Services and Customer Experience at ToolsGroup, with previous experience as the Head of Professional Services in Southern Europe. Stefano has also worked as a Manager delivering top accounts globally and as a Supply Chain consultant implementing advanced planning systems and optimization methodologies. Novati holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has pursued executive education in Business Administration and Management at the London Business School.
