Leoni Bruch

Leoni Bruch is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, operations, and financial planning. Currently serving as the Head of People & Financial Planning at ToolTime, Leoni also held roles as Founders Associate and Interim Revenue Operations Lead. Prior experience includes freelancing at Akira Yoga and working as Strategy and Operations Manager at n8n, where entrepreneurial skills were further developed. At Deloitte Consulting, a significant focus was on strategy, analytics, and M&A, contributing to IPO support and operational model development. Early career experiences include roles at Red Bull and academic positions at Universität Osnabrück.
