Tara Gish possesses extensive experience in operations and customer enablement, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Align Technologies since December 2016, where previous roles included Customer Enablement Director and Technical Trainer. Prior to this, Tara worked as a Master Personal Trainer at Colorado Athletic Club from May 2013 to December 2016, and held the position of Crossfit Coach at Centennial Crossfit from April 2012 to May 2013. Tara's early career includes a role in Member Services at Mountainside Fitness from February 2009 to April 2012, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer interaction and fitness training.

In 1991, Don Kafka, an electrical contractor at the time, knew that his tools were slowly disappearing. The idea of spending valuable time searching for them was not appealing, but missing tools also meant he was unnecessarily losing profits.
