Daniel Scherr possesses extensive experience in community integration and employment support, currently serving as the Lead Community Integration & Employment Instructor at Toolworks since June 2005, where responsibilities include providing training to staff and generating new activity site leads. Previously, as a Community Integration Instructor at the same organization, Daniel supported clients with disabilities in volunteering, fostering self-advocacy, and maintaining documentation of client progress. Daniel's earlier roles include serving as an Independent Living Skills Counselor at Opportunity For Independence, where counseling focused on essential life skills, and as a Behavioral Aide at Behavioral Counseling & Research Center. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, awarded in 1988.
