Toons Mag is an online cartoon magazine and organization based in Norway. 
Founded by Arifur Rahman in 2009 in Bangladesh. 
Currently, toons mag publishes regularly in English, irregularly in 5 other languages; Bengali, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, and Norwegian. 
Toons Mag is a community-based publishing platform, cartoonists from over 80 countries are the contributors to toons mag. 
Toons Mag has over 4 million monthly page views.
Since 2015, each year organizing the international cartoon contest in the exhibition in Norway, India, and Slovakia.
Since 2016 toons mag, bestowing the annual 'cartoonist of the year' award for best cartoons.
In 2016, toons mag received the best online activism award from Deutsche Welle Germany. 
In 2021, toons mag registered as a nonprofit organization in Norway.
