Rishav Raj has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rishav started their career as the Founder of Raj Motor & Finance, where they played a key role in planning and setting up the business venture. Rishav also managed daily operations and implemented marketing and promotion strategies.
After that, Rishav worked as a Summer Intern at Kotak Securities, where they were part of the Central team responsible for managing B2B Channel business and trade finance sales to financial institutions and MNCs.
Rishav then joined HDFC Bank as an Assistant Manager, where they served as a Relationship Banking Head and led a team of 7 Relationship Managers. Rishav conducted various sales and marketing initiatives and achieved predefined targets.
Rishav then moved on to Urban Company, where they held multiple roles. As a Category Manager, they had end-to-end ownership of core and newly launched service categories in the Beauty & Wellness vertical. Rishav managed a multi-city team and focused on crucial category metrics. Rishav also played a vital role in expanding the business geographically.
In their most recent role as Head of Operations at toothsi, Rishav is currently involved in building Skinnsi, a at-home dermat backed skincare solution.
Rishav Raj pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in PGDM - Marketing & HRM, General Management, and Sales from International Management Institute - IMI, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in B.COM (Accounts Hons.) from Ranchi University between 2012 and 2015. For their high school education, Rishav attended Shree Krishna Pranami Public School, Harayana from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Commerce.
