Stephane Casteleyn

Stephane Casteleyn brings extensive experience in military aviation and leadership development, currently serving as a Leadership Mentor at Ad Punctum Solutions since February 2023 and as a Fighter Pilot with Top Aces since March 2023. Previously, Casteleyn held significant roles, including Head of the Training Department for the Belgian Air Force and Senior Representative to the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program. Casteleyn's military career includes commanding an F-16 Squadron and serving as an instructor and operations director across multiple prestigious roles in both the Belgian and United States Air Forces. Casteleyn holds a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College and has completed specialized training at the National Test Pilot School.
