Tom Chute

Tom Chute is a co-founder of Top Baller, a rapidly growing grassroots football community, where they focus on brand, partnerships, and internal operations. They currently hold the position of Non-Executive Director and Director at Top Baller, which is known for its extensive reach in promoting grassroots football talent. Tom previously served as the Director at Brighton and Hove 10:10 C.I.C., coordinating diverse carbon reduction projects, and has held various roles in people operations, including at Human Made and Angry Creative. Tom also founded Block & Tackle, providing support for People Operations in small to medium-sized teams. They earned a BSc Hons in Environmental & Coastal Management from Bournemouth University.
