Brydon Cotter is an accomplished professional in the fields of investor relations and capital formation, currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations & Capital Formation at Top Down Ventures since August 2025. Previously, Brydon held the position of Chairman at KUDO, a nutritional snack company, from May 2020 to December 2025. As a Co-Founder of Blue Water Capital Corp from November 2019 to June 2024, Brydon focused on alternative investments in various sectors, particularly in consumer packaged goods. Earlier experience includes a role in Business Development at Cypress Hills Partners, an alternative merchant banking firm, and a position as a Financial Advisor at Power Corporation of Canada.
