Utsav Chatterjee

Utsav Chatterjee is an experienced Engineering Manager specializing in Data Platforms and Data Infrastructure. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager - Data Platform & Intelligence at Top Hat since July 2025, Utsav has previously held similar roles at Flipp and Tally, successfully leading and mentoring teams of Data Engineers. Prior experience includes managing a Data Infrastructure team at Semios and developing a data analytics platform at Electronic Arts for FIFA. Utsav's career began with data roles at T-Mobile, Acxiom, and the Arkansas Department of Education, showcasing a strong foundation in data engineering and analytics. Utsav holds a Master’s degree in Information Quality from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from KIIT University.
