John Richardson has extensive experience in law enforcement and compliance, beginning with a role as a Patrolman at the Memphis Police Department from July 1996 to December 1999, where responsibilities included traffic crash investigations and crime reduction as part of a plain clothes Task Force. Richardson advanced to the position of Sergeant in March 2018, served as a Narcotics Detective in the Organized Crime Unit from 2007 to 2009, and transitioned to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Task Force Officer in October 2009. In January 2019, Richardson was appointed as Task Force Group Supervisor, overseeing a team of twelve federal agents until November 2020. Currently, Richardson serves as the Director of Compliance at TopRx, a position held since October 2022. Educational qualifications include degrees in Criminal Justice from Shelby State Community College and Criminal Justice/Police Science from Christian Brothers University.
