Every organization needs to execute strategy and implement change…

There are only two ways that you can do this – either through normal business-as-usual operations (BAU), or through projects.

At Totally Optimized Projects, we equip business executives and organizations to successfully execute strategy and implement change through projects, so that the projects realize the business results and deliver the investment value intended.

We add the missing strategy and value “lenses” that shift organizations from "delivering a project" to delivering strategy and value.

We have packaged our expertise—honed over more than 75 man-years of development—so that business executives can adopt TOP’s tools, techniques and processes to fast-track their own personal competency and to develop their organization’s capability.

Gartner Research awarded TOP® as an "innovative, industry game changing" COOL VENDOR 2011. Why?

"Ensuring that projects actually deliver value is an arcane art. Most people who are proficient at the art of delivering value learned it through experience. The niche that TOP (Totally Optimized Projects™) fills in the strategy execution field is providing explicit instructions through a series of books and guides that provide step-by-step instruction on how to achieve benefits."
