Michael Simpson possesses extensive experience in the field of consulting, particularly focused on HR transformation and Workday solutions. At TopBloc, from November 2019 to February 2023, Michael held various roles including Managing Client Partner and Senior Consultant for Workday Benefits. Prior to that, Michael was with Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation for Workday from July 2017 to November 2019, and at IBM as a Business Consultant in the Workday Practice from January 2016 to July 2017. Michael's earlier career includes positions at Benefitfocus as a Solutions Consultant and at Good Done Great as Leader of Managed Solutions and Training Manager. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University.
