Riley Shearin

Riley Shearin is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology and strategic partnerships. They served as Managing Partner at Workday from 2016 to 2023, focusing on customer success and account growth, and previously held the position of Vice President Information Technology at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., where they drove innovative strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth. Currently, Riley is the Senior Vice President of Customer Innovation & Strategy at TopBloc and actively mentors startup founders in entrepreneurship programs at the University of Arkansas, where they also participate as an MBA Advisory Board Member. Riley holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas and has furthered their education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
