Stephen Crane

Stephen Crane is a Principal Consultant at TopBloc, where they focus on delivering streamlined best practice design and implementation for Workday’s Human Capital Management. With a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, Stephen gained diverse experience including roles as an IT Intern at AbbVie and Branch Manager at College Works Painting. They have also served as a Workday Specialist and Senior Principal Consultant at Cognizant, in addition to their prior internship at Penske Truck Leasing. Stephen holds multiple Workday certifications in HCM, Talent and Performance, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
