Steve Thomas

Steve Thomas is an executive HR leader with extensive experience in modernizing HR practices and advising C-suite executives. They began their career as an HR Representative at Cronus Communications and advanced through roles including HR Manager at Forrester Research and HR Director at Quintiles. Currently, Steve serves as Vice President of Customer Experience in the Office of the CHRO at TopBloc and holds the position of Vice President, Digital HR at Syneos Health, where they focus on digital strategy and HR literacy. Additionally, Steve is the Editor in Chief for Future Tense, sharing insights on current HR trends. They earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
