David Withers

David Withers, MBA, CKAE, currently serves as the Regional Building Science Manager for TopBuild, overseeing 12 states in the Eastern United States and managing field rating and testing personnel. With diverse experience including roles as a Building Science Advisor in Florida, Owner of Withers Electrical, and Lieutenant/Training Officer at Russell Springs Fire Department, David has developed expertise in customer relations, compliance, and safety. Further military experience includes serving as an operator in the U.S. Navy Reserve. David's previous positions include Energy Advisor at South Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative, Health Insurance Agent at ASSURANCE IQ, and CEO of AirTek HVAC, alongside pivotal leadership roles in emergency response and financial management. Educational credentials include an MBA from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix.
