Rip Hubbard

Rip Hubbard is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at TopBuild. Rip has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in various companies. Rip started their career at Honeywell in 1986 and held various leadership roles until 1998. Rip then became the Exec Director of Supply Chain at Tenneco from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they were the Chief Executive Officer-Partner at Chainworks Incorporated. In 2006, they joined TruTeam as the Vice President of Operations Development. Rip was promoted to their current position in 2019.

Rip Hubbard attended Arizona State University and earned a BSBA in business. Rip then attended the University of Phoenix to earn their MBA.

Rip Hubbard works with Steve Raia - President, TruTeam Operations, Jeff Franklin - President, Service Partners, and Tabitha Zane - Vice President, Investor Relations. Rip Hubbard reports to Robert Buck, President and Chief Executive Officer.
