Sandra Hauger

Sandra Hauger serves as the Director of Human Resources Field Operations at TopBuild, a role held since November 2016, with oversight of HR operations for TruTeam, American National Insulation, and Service Partners. Sandra leads a team of Regional HR Managers to implement HR programs focused on compliance and succession planning across the U.S. Additionally, Sandra has experience as the Director of HR Field Operations at TruTeam since March 2012, managing employee relations and the Talent Acquisition Team. Previous positions include Regional HR Manager for multiple states and Vice President of HR at MonierLifetile, where leadership encompassed employee relations for a major concrete roof tile manufacturer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia State University.
