Michael Strom

Michael Strom is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in sales management and operations within the land surveying and senior advisory industries. Currently serving as the Western Regional Sales Manager at Topcon Positioning Systems since November 2018, Michael oversees distributors while developing sales strategies and providing support. Previously, as the Regional Sales Manager and Owner at Oasis Senior Advisors, Michael successfully doubled sales within two years and grew referral sources significantly. Michael's experience also includes roles as National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Leica Geosystems, where responsibilities encompassed directing sales operations across multiple states and managing distributor relations. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and a BS in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's University.
