Roland Gonda

Roland Bautista Gonda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and business process management sectors. Since 2003, Gonda has served as CEO of TopData Global IT Solutions, guiding businesses in the development and management of their IT infrastructure. Concurrently, Gonda has led xtenserv, a business process management company specializing in offsite managed services, particularly in customer and technical support. Additionally, Gonda provides team management and customer service support for YouSendIt, as well as previous experience with Elance, offering email and chat-based help desk support. Gonda holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management and IT from the University of the Philippines, complemented by foundational education from Chevalier High School.
