Gergo B. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Gergo started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Assistant at Philips Lighting, where they worked until 2015. Gergo then moved on to the Prime Minister's Office Hungary, where they served as a Cultural Representative from 2015 to 2016. Following this, Gergo joined Kantar in 2016 as a Client Deliverables Executive and Project Manager, staying with the company until 2018. In 2019, they joined TOPdesk as an IT Consultant and later became the Team Lead Consultancy & Support. In 2020, Gergo took on the role of Talent Lead, responsible for coaching and appraising colleagues. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Services at TOPdesk Magyarország Kft., overseeing service delivery and revenue for the firm.

Gergo B. completed their Master of Business Development degree in Business Administration and Management at Óbuda University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Eötvös Loránd University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
