Pablo V. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Pablo first worked as a Communication Committee & Social Media Organizer at HC Wateringseveld from February 2017 onwards. Later on, they joined TOPdesk in September 2021 as a Recruiter, and in March 2023, they transitioned to the role of Recruitment Marketeer. Prior to this, Pablo worked as a Freelancer in Hospitality at Temper from July 2017 to January 2022. At Coolblue, Pablo held multiple positions, including Customer Service Sales Representative from February 2019 to September 2019, Bachelorstudent Researcher from February 2020 to July 2020, Pre & Aftersales Coolblue Solar from April 2021 to September 2021, and Customer Service Sales Representative from July 2020 to April 2021. Additionally, they pursued a Business Internship at Youth Heritage from September 2018 to February 2019, where they gained experience in business development, writing business plans, marketing, public relations, project management, and research. Pablo also completed a Marketing Internship at Meltin Puur NV during the same period. In the earlier years of their career, Pablo worked as a Medewerker at kouwenhoven from May 2014 to November 2017 and as a Waiter at Isshin from May 2015 to May 2016.

Pablo V. completed their Master's degree in Media and Creative Industries from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they attended Rotterdam Business School from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued International Business & Management Studies. In 2019 to 2020, they also attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in International Business. Pablo'seducation journey started at Stanislas College from 2011 to 2016, where they completed their Havo degree, focusing on Hoger algemeen voortgezet onderwijs (Havo).
