Thomas focuses on maintaining customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Starting in October 2022, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager, responsible for maintaining warm contacts with over forty different ministries and governments. Thomas collaborates with clients to identify challenges within their organizations and facilitates knowledge sharing between ministries.
