Bajer Lin

Bajer Lin is the current Chief Operations Officer at Topflight Apps. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at UPbook from February 2020 to April 2021. Bajer has also held the position of Chief Transformation Officer/Director of PMO at Connected Care Health Services from June 2018 to March 2019, and Program Manager at Shearwater Research from April 2016 to December 2017.

Bajer has extensive experience in leading change and transformation initiatives across various organizations. At Connected Care Health Services, they were tasked by the CEO to re-shape the company's technology and innovation initiatives. As a result, they created and optimized the operational infrastructure that enabled the company to scale and expand.

At Shearwater Research, Bajer served as the key project liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Production, Sales and Senior Management. Bajer was also responsible for developing Key Performance Indicators for the Engineering department that improved accountability and deliverable completion. In addition, they implemented a New Product Introduction process to validate new and existing projects for commercialization.

Bajer's wealth of experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects makes their an invaluable asset to any organization. Her ability to create efficient systems and processes has helped drive growth and success in their previous roles, and they are sure to continue making a positive impact in their current position at Topflight Apps.

Bajer Lin has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Simon Fraser University. Bajer also has certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.

Their manager is Joe Tuan, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Christoph Hannak - Chief Product Officer, Franz Harmer - Chief Strategy Officer, and Charudhi Pankaj - Head of Growth.
