Andy Williams has worked in the talent acquisition and recruiting field for over a decade. Andy began their career in 2008 as the Director of Recruiting and Supplemental Staffing at Kaiser Permanente. During their time there, they authored a case study on recruiting tactics and reduced contingent agency fees by $1M year-over-year for three consecutive years. In 2011, they moved to Brightree as the Director of Recruiting and Onboarding. Andy was a player-coach handling C-level to entry-level recruiting and onboarding and installed processes that eliminated reliance on agencies and reduced turnover by 50%. In 2015, they joined Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as the Director of Recruiting and was awarded a Human Resources Award for their contributions to the business. During their time there, they improved diversity hiring, reduced time-to-fill, and improved applicant rates by 25%. In 2018, they moved to TDIndustries, Inc. as the Director of Talent Acquisition and implemented HireVue video-on-demand and live video interviewing platform. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Topgrading as the Vice President. At Topgrading, they help build and maintain high performing teams through proven hiring, development, and promotion strategies.
Andy Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Appalachian State University.
