Diego Merino

Diego Merino is a dedicated and results-driven educator and leader focused on social change and educational advancement. Currently a Search Consultant at Resource Group 175, Diego supports independent and international schools in recruiting exceptional mission-aligned leaders. In previous roles, Diego served as Senior Recruitment Manager and Global Director of Recruitment at Avenues: The World School, where they significantly expanded recruitment efforts across multiple campuses. Diego's diverse experience also includes teaching with Teach for America and directing programs at Putney Student Travel. Diego holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Policy from New York University.
