Pippa Lamb serves as a Partner at Sweet Capital, a private early-stage fund founded by the creators of Candy Crush, since October 2018. In addition to this role, Pippa is an active angel investor and has recently become a Principal at Andreessen Horowitz as of October 2023. Pippa's professional background includes working as a Scout at L Catterton and holding associate and analyst positions at J.P. Morgan, along with a brief internship at Glossier, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Fulbright Scholar, and a Mandarin exchange program experience at Peking University.
