Madis Pärn

Madis Pärn has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Madis started their career at Jawilla as a Software Developer from an unspecified date in 2007 to December 2009. Madis then joined Proekspert AS in January 2010 as a Software Developer, where they mainly focused on Java backend development. During their time at Proekspert AS, they developed a rest service for product offerings for Estonian Telecom, as well as created an ETL job for data conversion. Madis worked there until August 2015.

After that, Madis worked at Aweroc Software as a Software Developer from August 2015 to May 2016. Madis then joined ZeroTurnaround as a Software Developer in August 2016 and primarily worked with the Licensing and Metrics team. Notably, they contributed to converting the ZT LicenseServer from Play2 to a SpringBoot application. Madis'stenure at ZeroTurnaround ended in July 2018.

Madis Pärn then worked at Akana by Rogue Wave Software as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2018 to November 2020. In this role, they focused on backend product development, working with Osgi and spring beans applications with over 300 internal modules. Madis primarily worked on performance improvements and bug fixes.

Most recently, Madis joined Topia in November 2020 as a Software Engineer, where they currently work.

Madis Pärn completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology between 2001 and 2005.
