Mick Sanders

Mick Sanders is the Vice President of Product Management at Topia, where they oversee product strategy and execution. Previously, they excelled as a Senior Professional Services Consultant at SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corporation and served in various roles at Towers Watson, including Product Management Leader and Lead Product Manager. Mick has also held positions at Ease, Epicor Software Corp, and Sentric, showcasing a strong track record in product leadership within the HR technology sector. They earned a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Muhlenberg College and are pursuing a Master's in Professional Studies in Leadership and Organizations from the University of Denver.
