Marc van Middendorp is an experienced Agile coach and consultant, currently serving as the Founder of Van Middendorp Consultancy since April 2025 and as an Agile coach at Topicus since February 2024. Marc has extensive experience in coaching Agile methodologies across various organizations, including Equinix, NN, and Randstad Groep Nederland, where responsibilities included training, facilitating, and enhancing team maturity in Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Windesheim, obtained between 2001 and 2008.
