Roos Blokker

Roos Blokker currently serves as the Coördinator Learning and Development at Topicus since January 2021. Previously, Roos worked as an HRM Consulent / Planner at Dimence Groep from November 2017 to November 2019, holding roles such as team coordinator and advisor on capacity and deployment. Prior experience includes serving as the Coördinator Veldwerk at I&O Research from February 2010 to January 2017, where responsibilities included leading an interview unit, managing fieldwork projects, and overseeing interviewers, as well as conducting interviews and quality control. Roos began professional development as a Student-assistent at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in early 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology of Culture and Religion from Radboud University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychologie van veiligheid & gezondheid from the University of Twente, along with a VWO diploma from Oostvaarders College Almere.
