Op het Shared Service Center in Hilversum ondersteunen we de teams in de praktijk op het gebied van ICT, HR, kwaliteit, marketingcommunicatie en personeels- en financiële administratie. We faciliteren onze medewerkers in hun wensen en behoeften, zodat ze kunnen werken op de manier die bij hen past. Want we zijn ervan overtuigd dat onze patiënten pas met een goed gevoel naar de tandarts gaan als onze medewerkers met een goed gevoel naar hun werk gaan.
