Farouk Messaoud

Farouk MESSAOUD is a seasoned professional in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at TopNet since March 2025. Previously, Farouk held the same title at Benetton Group from April 2023 to March 2025. An extensive career at Ooredoo Tunisie spanned over two decades, where Farouk progressed through various roles including HR Business Partner Manager, Training & Development Manager, HR Service Center Manager, and Payroll and Benefits Manager. Farouk holds a Master Degree in Human Resources Management from Time Université (2010-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Faculté des Sciences Économiques et Politique Gestion de Sousse (1999-2002).
