John Morran

John Morran is an experienced professional in commercial real estate finance and investment, currently serving as Principal at TOPO since April 2022. Prior to that, John held the position of Managing Director at NorthMarq from April 2019 to April 2022, and served as Principal at Texas Realty Capital for 25 years, from 1994 to March 2019. John began their career as a Development Associate at Weitzman from May 1990 to April 1994. Educationally, John holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Real Estate/Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
