Nicholas Landa

Nicholas Landa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at TOPO since June 2023, Nicholas previously held positions including Assistant Controller at ResProp Management and Accounting Manager at RPM Living, a leading multifamily management company in Texas. Nicholas's career also includes significant roles at Amherst Residential as Accounting Supervisor and at Workplace Answers as Senior Accountant, where strong analytical and financial reporting skills were cultivated. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Supervisor/Analyst at Sputtering Materials, Inc. and as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones. Nicholas holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
