Prior to this, Will served as Head of Global Partnerships at SO Connect from November 2019 to February 2024, contributing to partnership growth and revenue generation before the company's acquisition by Teya. Will also held the position of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development for EMEA at VALD, an Australian sports technology firm, and was the Operations Director at Hearing Solutions UK, where strategic planning and operational efficiency were key responsibilities. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University and attended Sedbergh School from 1999 to 2004.
